Sara Laurendi
An unstoppable explorer and curious traveler, Sara is drawn to authentic places, cultures, traditions, and stories. This passion led her to deepen her interest in wine, starting with vineyard visits and eventually becoming a certified FISAR sommelier in 2023.
In her professional career, she developed extensive experience in the FMCG sector, holding various roles in Marketing and Sales within major multinational companies.

Alberto Varesi
Alberto was born amidst the unspoiled nature of Oltrepò Pavese and has an in-depth knowledge of its ever-changing hills and hidden treasures.
A passionate advocate for his homeland, he has always sought ways to create projects that share its wonders and secrets with others.
An explorer by nature, Alberto is an unstoppable source of ideas, with Brilùs being the most significant and comprehensive of them all.
Today, he manages the family business in Milan, which has been active in the beverage industry for decades.

Amedeo Pagnotta
A devoted lover of wine and food (preferably Italian), Amedeo is passionate about eno-gastronomic tourism, a pursuit that has taken him to incredible places across the country.
His keen curiosity and impeccable demeanor helped him build a career in major corporations before venturing into entrepreneurship.

Luca Galmozzi
A lover of geography, nature, and anthropology, Luca is an experienced traveler who captivates with stories of his diverse journeys and always has itineraries ready for the most unusual destinations. In his daily life, he balances his vibrant curiosity with managing his start-up, founded in 2015, which produces and distributes high-quality ice in Lombardy based in Milan.
